About the role

As a Project Manager (Construction) at SEARCH STAFFING SERVICES PTE. LTD', you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects within the East Region. This full-time position will see you leading cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing project plans, schedules and budgets

Coordinating the work of various contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution

Identifying and mitigating project risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed

Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to key stakeholders

Ensuring all construction work adheres to relevant building codes, safety regulations and quality standards

Managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records

Collaborating with the design team to resolve any technical issues that arise

Providing mentorship and guidance to junior members of the project team

What we're looking for

Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Project Manager in the construction industry

Proven track record of successfully delivering a range of construction projects, from residential to commercial

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets and schedules

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams

Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant tools

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
