Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the Senior Project Manager/HOD in the coordination of work for the ongoing project.
2. Manage the project sites and operations by overseeing the day-to-day running of all matters related to the construction of the project.
3. Manage and monitor the activities of appointed contractors to ensure their works are coordinated with stakeholders, tenants, subcontractors, and operation colleagues of the commercial building.
4. Ensure that all projects are duly completed within budget and to a high quality.
5. Ensure goals are met with regards to customer satisfaction, quality, and team performance.
6. Ensure that all workplace safety rules and regulations are being observed during the construction of the project.
7. Assist the Senior Project Manager/HOD in the feasibility study of identified projects as they arise.
8. Identify potential construction-related issues or contractual disputes and remedy them through appropriate solutions.
9. Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
