We are representing our client, a leading provider of integrated MEP services who offers expertise in construction management, design, planning, logistics, commissioning, and maintenance.

Project Manager (Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.

• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.

• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.

• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.

• Monitor build progress, oversee finance, and ensure project quality.

• Make strategic decisions and provide leadership and direction to project managers to implement those decisions.

• Meet with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to report on project progress.

• Liaise with clients and build strong working relationships.

• Devise cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion.

• Manage risks to avoid delays or reputational damage.

• Ensure permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project.

• Manage project managers and enable them to supervise and manage their own teams.

• Overall planning, implementation, execution, and completion of sections of the project to ensure successful completion of the project.

• Lead independently the project implementation team at site to ensure projects are successfully completed within the stipulated time, cost, and quality.

• Ensure all projects go smoothly, including planning, controlling, execution, and communicating with other departments.

• Stay focused on the needs of the client and strive to exceed their expectations.

• Work with management, architects, and contractors to plan, manage, control, and monitor project resources and timelines to best meet project objectives.

• Prepare for VO claim for abortive work/technical change.

• Any other duties as assigned by Directors.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Electronics, or equivalent.

• Good teamwork and leadership skills are essential.

• Good time management, multitasking, and stress management skills to ensure that tasks get completed on time.
