Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager Compliance & Partnerships to oversee regulatory initiatives, manage key compliance-related projects, and facilitate strategic partnerships. This role will act as the connective thread between compliance, legal, business operations, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage compliance-related projects across global markets, ensuring timelines, documentation, and deliverables are met.
• Monitor, interpret, and implement regulatory changes relevant to our industry.
• Collaborate with legal, product, and operational teams to ensure policies, practices, and training are compliant with applicable laws and standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and strategic partners.
• Support the development of partnership proposals, contracts, and due diligence processes.
• Track, assess, and report risk management and audit readiness across departments.
• Ensure all contractual obligations related to compliance and partnerships are fulfilled.
• Coordinate certification or accreditation submissions with relevant authorities or agencies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, compliance, regulatory affairs, or legal operations.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
