Backed by decades of experience, they have successfully completed various public and private sector infrastructure projects, including heavy vehicle driving circuits and drainage systems.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee and deliver civil engineering projects from conception to completion. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering quality infrastructure in compliance with regulations and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed project work plans, site setup, and resource planning.

• Align project deliverables with client requirements and company goals.

• Monitor cost control, manage budgets, and recommend cost-saving solutions.

• Lead cross-functional teams, including subcontractors and consultants.

• Ensure project compliance with contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Anticipate and resolve issues, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

• Prepare progress reports and communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders.

• Drive quality assurance through regular inspections and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in construction project management preferred.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Airport project experience is advantageous.
