Core Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement overall site organization, operations, and resource allocation.

• Set project targets in alignment with company objectives and strategic goals.

• Plan and monitor preliminary and detailed project budgets to ensure cost control within approved limits.

• Oversee project execution to ensure timely and quality delivery, meeting client expectations and regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and relevant authorities.

• Lead problem-solving and decision-making on-site to address technical and operational issues.

• Maintain proper documentation, progress reporting, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Job Specifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or road/infrastructure project management.

• Proven ability to manage large-scale civil engineering projects independently.

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in airport-related infrastructure projects will be an advantage.

• Familiarity with local authority submissions and project safety requirements.
