The Team

You will be part of the Transformation & Change team, a dynamic and collaborative team based in Singapore, working on high-impact projects for leading financial institutions. You will work closely with a global network of consultants who share a passion for transformation, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

The Role

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager / Change Consultant on a permanent contract to support ongoing Cash Management transformation projects for our major financial clients in APAC. The role involves managing project governance, planning, risk tracking, business process redesign, and change management. You will contribute to key transformation streams with a focus on the Cash Management business.

The Requirements
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management and business process analysis
  • Strong experience in banking, ideally within Global Banking and Cash Management
  • Familiarity with Cash Management products such as payments, remittances, liquidity management, and term deposits
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and deliver clear, structured outcomes
  • Experience in Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives across diverse teams
  • Singapore PR and available to work on-site
  • Immediately available is preferred
