Project Manager - Capital Projects

About the Role
As a Project Manager with ISS, you will lead the delivery of Capital Projects in Singapore, aligning with ISS’s 3C’s principles: Capability, Credibility, and Cost Leadership. With a strong focus on Health & Safety compliance, you will manage projects with a value of SGD 3 million and above, driving excellence and growth in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Capital Projects and MAC initiatives in Singapore, ensuring alignment with ISS Global Blueprint.
• Develop and sustain relationships with internal teams, key accounts and external customers.
• Drive organic growth of Projects within Singapore through exceptional project execution.
• Oversee P&L accountability and resource management across projects.
• Ensure compliance with commercial governance, risk management, and Health & Safety standards.
• Lead the supply chain strategy and implement best practices for high-quality service delivery.
• Champion high standards of project performance
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance in operational, commercial, and safety domains

Job Requirements

• Citizenship: Singaporeans only.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or management field. Project management qualifications (Prince 2, APMP, PMP) and a Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity are preferred.
• Experience: Min. 5 years in a managerial role within construction, engineering or FM industries.

• Skills:
  • Proven ability to manage projects of SGD 3 million or more.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and team coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
  • Target-oriented with a focus on quality, delivery, and continuous improvement.
