Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager / Business Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of financial services projects from requirements through delivery. The role offers a hybrid setup with WFH once a week and typical Monday–Friday hours.

The successful candidate will coordinate with Business, Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk and Data Governance teams, gather requirements, translate them into detailed plans, and drive training and change readiness as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects across different business functions
• Develop and execute migration and implementation plans
• Coordinate project activities from requirements gathering through delivery
• Work closely with Business, Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk and Data Governance stakeholders
• Gather and validate business requirements with users and project teams
• Translate requirements into clear project documentation and process flows
• Assess proposed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and expectations
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and resource requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure appropriate resources are available for project delivery
• Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones and deliverables are achieved
• Identify project issues, dependencies and risks and coordinate appropriate resolution
• Support change management and business readiness activities
• Coordinate and deliver training as part of project implementation where required
• Prepare project updates and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
• Provide additional Business Support during peak periods and respond effectively to changing business requirements
