Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a delivery-focused professional to handle day-to-day execution across assigned workstreams in Singapore.

You will maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and prepare status updates and dashboards for internal stakeholders. The role emphasizes execution and delivery over heavy regulatory work, running stand-ups and governance change requests, managing multiple partners, and driving end-to-end delivery

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery across assigned workstreams, keeping detailed project plans and tracking progress against milestones
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to keep delivery on track and on time
• Put together status updates, dashboards, and meeting packs to keep internal stakeholders in the loop
• Run workstream stand-ups and working group sessions to maintain momentum and clear blockers as they come up
• Manage multiple partners and stakeholders across different workstreams, acting as the connective tissue between them
• Monitor dependencies within and across workstreams, and assess how scope changes ripple through delivery
• Document and push change requests through the governance process for approval
• Drive end-to-end delivery of the project within the Singapore market, with the day-to-day focused more on execution and delivery than heavy regulatory or governance work
