Project Manager (Business Development)

The Project Manager (Business Development) plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of business projects from planning to completion. This individual is responsible for liaising with partners locally and internationally, managing internal teams, and leading new business initiatives that align with the company’s growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management & Execution:
  Lead and oversee business projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and alignment with overall business objectives.
  Coordinate resources, manage timelines, and monitor project progress to ensure milestones are met.

• Partner & Stakeholder Liaison:
  Serve as the main point of contact for business partners in Singapore and overseas.
  Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, collaboration, and alignment on project goals.

• Business Matching & Team Leadership:
  Manage the business matching team to ensure effective sourcing, profiling, and engagement with potential partners, clients, or investors.
  Monitor performance and guide the team toward meeting deliverables and KPIs.

• Strategic Initiative Development:
  Identify and lead the implementation of new initiatives to support business expansion and innovation.
  Collaborate with internal departments and external networks to explore new market opportunities and partnerships.

• Reporting & Analysis:
  Track and report project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management.
  Provide strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business project management, business development, or partnerships.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional and cross-border teams.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Willingness to travel if needed for business development purposes.
