Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced professional to lead MDM-related projects across APAC markets.

The role emphasizes strong project leadership, robust documentation, and stakeholder engagement to drive master data initiatives across business systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of MDM domains (Product, Customer, Employee), solid SQL and data pipeline skills, and the ability to govern data transformations.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage project activities with business stakeholders and project teams.
• Strong documentation including functional, business, and data mapping documents.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to engage business users and lead the project team.
• MDM knowledge focusing on Product, Customer, and Employee master data.
• Understand sourcing, transformation, governance and utilization of master data across systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data pipelines.
• Experience with data governance and change management processes.
• Support MDM initiatives across APAC markets.

Responsibilities

• Assist APAC markets in MDM delivery and implementation.

• Possess strong documentation skills, including preparation of functional requirements, business requirements, and data mapping documents.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively engage business users and lead the project team.
• Have a strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), particularly related to Product, Customer, and Employee Master Data.
• Understand how master data is sourced, transformed, governed, and utilized across business systems and processes.
• Possess working knowledge of SQL and data pipelines, including understanding data flows and transformations.
• Be well versed in data governance and change management processes.
• Support the delivery and implementation of MDM initiatives across APAC markets.
