What you will do

• Act as on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete assigned projects.
• Delegate tasks to ensure projects are fully completed.
• Coordinate communication with the customer during all phases of the project.
• Coordinate the work of subcontractors.

How you will do it

• Define scope, budget, and schedule for projects.
• Apply device project implementation methodology.
• Plan and oversee work schedule for multiple small to medium-scale projects.
• Identify potential project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Establish effective communication with customers.
• Track and update progress, tasks, and project health to supervisors.
• Ensure and monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Perform regular quality audits for all suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Identify and secure variation orders.
• Control costs and track financial commitments as per CIS.
• Manage reports and documents.
• Work closely with the Sales team for tender bidding.
• Supervise subcontractors' work on site.
• Schedule purchase and deliveries of all materials for the project promptly.
• Assign tasks to and supervise Assistant Project Engineer and Technician, if any.
• Apply system applications, drafting, database generation, and commissioning.
• Follow up on customer payments and verify payments to suppliers.
• Train customers and provide first year maintenance warranty schedule visits.
• Hand over the project to the customer and later to the service team.

• Degree with minimum 8 years relevant experience in BMS systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Project.

• Experience interacting with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
