Position: Project Manager, BGP

Location: Labrador Park

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Monthly Salary: up to $6,500 per month

Contract Type: Full-Time, 11 Months Contract

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager to provide critical support for our grant management systems. The role involves managing the migration and integration of grantee records, supporting day-to-day system operations, and assisting with the decommissioning of legacy grant platforms. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of grant administration processes within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Business Grant Platform (BGP) by preparing and verifying data on the frontend to meet testing requirements for the Grant Management System (GMS) backend.

  • Assist in the migration of grantee records from GMS to BGP as part of the onboarding process for new grantees.

  • Manage daily system operations and maintenance activities to ensure smooth functioning of the BGP system.

  • Identify and respond to issues raised during GMS integration testing and implementation in coordination with divisional teams.

  • Support data archival and contribute to activities related to the decommissioning of existing grant systems such as iGMS and OGMS.

  • Provide administrative and operational support as required to facilitate project and system success.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience; experience managing projects using agile methodology is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse team members and stakeholders.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive working relationships.
