Key Responsibilities
Construction Productivity Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement company-wide construction productivity strategies.
Champion Lean methodologies and digital workflows to boost efficiency and reduce cost.
Drive standardization and resource optimization across all construction projects.
Compliance & Regulatory Management
Ensure full compliance with BCA regulations, especially BCCPE and L5 to L1 licensing standards.
Oversee ME07-L6 and ME13-L6 category requirements, audits, and certifications.
Digital & Process Innovation
Promote BIM, Prefabrication, Modular Construction, and automation technologies.
Integrate digital tools for real-time tracking, procurement, and logistics optimization.
Team & Stakeholder Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, project managers, and procurement specialists.
Collaborate with key external stakeholders and government agencies.
Champion workforce upskilling in productivity best practices.
Cost & Risk Optimization
Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality and timelines.
Anticipate and mitigate project risks; ensure ROI on all productivity initiatives.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Valid BCCPE Certificate (Company-bound) – Mandatory.
Experience
5+ years in project leadership, construction productivity, or management.
Proven track record in L5 to L1 projects, especially under ME07-L6 and ME13-L6.
Skills & Expertise
Strong command of BIM, Lean Construction, and digital transformation strategies.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
