Job scope:

• Develop and implement new business requirement and process jointly with business and product heads in CPL to increase market share, group profitability.
• Develop and implement improvement plan to existing business, system processes and workflows to increase productivity & efficiency, reducing cost of operations and addressing security concerns.
• In providing support, ensure services and/or system features provided are customer friendly.
• Share knowledge and experience on Credit Cards and Cards Processing System and provide guidance.
