Job Title: Project Manager AWS & Agile Scrum MasterLocation: Remote (India)Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager with a strong background in AWS cloud technologies and Agile Scrum methodologies.The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex projects within a cloud environment while effectively leading Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution: Lead and manage AWS-based projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, and allocate resources effectively.Agile Scrum Leadership: Act as a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Foster a collaborative environment and drive continuous improvement by implementing Agile best practices.AWS Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of AWS services and architecture to guide project design, implementation, and optimization.Ensure that cloud solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder requirements are met.Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and operations staff.
