Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking experienced Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to lead and support civil construction projects. Responsibilities include managing project execution, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Candidates should have significant construction project experience in Singapore and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years (Project Manager) or 5–10 years (Assistant Project Manager) of construction project experience.
  • Proven track record managing building or civil projects in Singapore.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
  • Support project risk management and issue resolution.
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff (for Project Managers).

Job Summary:
