Job description

🔹 Job Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations of animal care and husbandry teams across multiple facilities.
• Oversee manpower deployment, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure all staff comply with animal care, handling, and safety standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for project matters and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor and enforce workplace safety, health, and risk management practices.
• Prepare and submit operational reports, performance assessments, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards and contract specifications are met.
• Implement training and development programs for animal husbandry staff.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or ad-hoc service requests.
• Ensure all operations adhere to legal, safety, and ethical requirements.

🔹 Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both spoken and written).
