Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Project Planning Project Planing & Execution-Costs Project Scope Management Project Stakeholder Management and Project Tracking. Additionally experience in Product Lifecycle Management is mandatory. This role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of projects to ensure timely delivery and within budget
- Oversee project costs and manage resources effectively to achieve project goals
- Provide clear project scope management to ensure all deliverables are met
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and manage their expectations
- Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track
- Ensure all project documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant parties
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Identify and mitigate risks to prevent project delays or failures
- Facilitate regular project meetings to keep all team members informed and aligned
- Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and outcomes
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Requirements
- Must have extensive experience in Project Planning and Project PL & Execution-Costs
- Should possess strong skills in Project Scope Management and Project Stakeholder Management
- Must be proficient in Project Tracking and have a keen eye for detail
- Experience in Product Lifecycle Management is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing project needs
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project objectives
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
- Able to start within short notice
Certifications Required
- PMP Certification or equivalent is required. Certification in Product Lifecycle Management is a plus.
