Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Project Planning Project Planing & Execution-Costs Project Scope Management Project Stakeholder Management and Project Tracking. Additionally experience in Product Lifecycle Management is mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of projects to ensure timely delivery and within budget
  • Oversee project costs and manage resources effectively to achieve project goals
  • Provide clear project scope management to ensure all deliverables are met
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and manage their expectations
  • Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track
  • Ensure all project documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant parties
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Identify and mitigate risks to prevent project delays or failures
  • Facilitate regular project meetings to keep all team members informed and aligned
  • Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and outcomes
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Requirements
  • Must have extensive experience in Project Planning and Project PL & Execution-Costs with Government and/or Public Sector
  • Should possess strong skills in Project Scope Management and Project Stakeholder Management
  • Must be proficient in Project Tracking and have a keen eye for detail
  • Experience in Product Lifecycle Management is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing project needs
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project objectives
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software

Certifications Required
  • PMP Certification or equivalent is required. Certification in Product Lifecycle Management is a plus.
