Qualifications

• Mindestens 5 bis 8 Jahre Erfahrung in Bauprojekten.
• Erfahrung in HDB BTO und privaten Wohnprojekten bevorzugt.

Responsibilities

• Projektplanung, Zeitplanung und Kostenkontrolle durchführen.
• Sicherstellen, dass alle Aspekte den Vorschriften entsprechen.
• Überwachung des Arbeitsfortschritts und der Qualität.

• - Up to $9,000 + AWS & Bonus & Allowances
• - Reputable Grade A1 main contractor with a strong track record in large-scale, complex building projects across both public and private sectors.
• - 5.5/6 days’ work week (Can leave after 2pm on Saturday, provided there are no urgent tasks or deadlines to meet) – BTO, Commercial, Residential Projects, Centralized site location (Managing one site)
• - Experience outside of building construction, such as in LTA infrastructure or other fields, will also be considered

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• - Carry out project planning, scheduling, cost control, good documentation system, and project management.
• - Ensure that all aspects meet government regulations and standards.
• - Control and monitor work progress and ensure work quality.
• - Oversee the effective management of project activities to assure timely delivery.
• - Overall planning and controlling of the cost of project execution.
• - Manage and lead a group of engineers and construction managers.
• - Overall coordination of the work progress.
• - Coordination with other departments on issues affecting project work.
• - Liaise with government/statutory authorities, consultants, clients, suppliers, etc.
• - Provide timely project progress reports to management.
• - Attend site meetings.
• - Detect project problems and ensure effective corrective measures are executed.
• - Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• - At least a Degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering or equivalent
• - Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably in HDB BTO and private residential, government, commercial, and Design & Build projects.
• - Experience outside of building construction, such as LTA infrastructure or other related fields, will also be considered
