Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. is seeking a product-focused professional to drive product success by bringing the product to users.

You will partner with product managers and designers to conduct user interviews, plan sprints, run scrums, and ensure timely delivery. You will also conduct and support pre-release tests, educate users post-release, and provide robust product support while maintaining clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in building digital products.
• Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources.
• End-to-end experience working with product team to build products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute taking and technical writing.
• Highly meticulous and tenacious, follows up with things to closure.
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional are a plus.
• Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus.
• Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus.
