Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall project schedule and closely monitor the progress of the works on behalf of the Club with regular updates.
Ensure completion of the project in accordance with the approved budget and in compliance to the approved plans, specifications and statutory requirements.
Oversee the project and co-ordinate with the consultants and contractors to ensure timely completion of the project.
Handle all contractual and legal matters relating to the project including liaising with relevant government bodies and respective committee, whenever required.
Co-ordinate with the various consultants and contractors on all aspects of the project paying special attention to details and finishes to ensure organisation requirements for its future operations are provided for.
Co-ordinate and liaise with the GM, Management and redevelopment committee on all matters relating to the project so as to ensure smooth transition upon completion of the project.
Co-ordinate and manage consultants and contractors on all defects and rectification of defects upon TOP of building.
To assist consultants to supervise and ensure all site staff carry out the following duties diligently including but not limited to, verify and ensure no discrepancies among the contract documents and drawings.
Ensure installation methods and materials used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
Carry out any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by GM or the Redevelopment Committee.
