We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Program & Project Management
Lead office construction projects across APAC, ensuring alignment with program structures, schedules, and governance. Manage stakeholder relationships, including Directors, project managers, and external partners. Ensure high-quality deliverables through strong oversight, resourcing and quality control. - Project Delivery
Oversee project documentation, tendering, and management of developers, contractors, and consultants. Management of contracts to be all forms. Management of contracts on behalf of, including consultants, contractors and fit out contractors. Maintain and monitor quality control measures across projects. Design management in accordance with project requirements documents in line with expectations. Create project management plans and milestones, ensuring optimal delivery timelines. The timely provision of necessary project reports to clients and Project Directors. Engage senior stakeholders to align on project deliverables and requirements. - Financial Management
Timely and accurate forecasting of work to be undertaken. Effective allocation and time management of resources to balance workload with capacity. - Client Specific Responsibilities
Collaborate with site teams to develop strategies, interim solutions, and funding plans. Oversee budget development, scheduling, and contracting strategies. Manage design contracting and oversee development to IFC. E2E Programmatic consultation and support. Document management throughout design phases.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years of Construction experience, preferably on site with builder in a management capacity.
- Degree in Engineering, Project/Construction Management, Architecture, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred.
- Proven project management experience in commercial fit-out and/or greenfield construction.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, with experience managing architects and engineers.
- Exposure to property development or data centre projects is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and MS Project.
