Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to manage web and digital initiatives with a strong focus on execution and delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for closely following up on project timelines, daily progress tracking, budget management, and stakeholder coordination. You will oversee website projects and digital tool integrations, specifically using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Power Apps, SharePoint Online, and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end web development and digital projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Follow up daily on project timelines, track progress, and proactively resolve delays or issues.
Coordinate and manage website builds, enhancements, and integrations using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other web technologies.
Oversee projects related to SharePoint Online, including site setup, customization, and user management.
Drive the development and implementation of Power Apps and Microsoft 365 solutions to optimize business workflows.
Monitor project budgets, track resource allocation, and manage procurement and vendor costs.
Lead requirement-gathering discussions and translate business needs into actionable project tasks.
Collaborate closely with designers, developers, content teams, and third-party vendors to deliver seamless user experiences.
Conduct regular meetings, status updates, and risk assessments to ensure project transparency.
Maintain compliance with security, performance, and accessibility standards across all web platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Digital Media, Project Management, or a related discipline.
3–6 years of experience managing web and digital projects, particularly those involving Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SharePoint Online, and Power Apps.
Strong experience in following up on detailed project schedules and daily progress monitoring.
Proficient in managing project budgets, forecasting, and vendor coordination.
Familiar with website optimization practices, content workflows, and basic SEO principles.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, or Asana).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
PMP, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
Technical understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and workflow automation tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
