About the role

We are working with a product company to look for a skilled IT Project Manager to join their growing team. We are looking for a proactive and meticulous individual to play a key role in stakeholder engagement, vendor selection, and project delivery—encompassing services, software, hardware setup, as well as Project Management and Quality Assurance responsibilities.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to collect and document comprehensive project requirements.
  • Vendor Selection: Evaluate and choose the right vendors to meet technical and business needs.
  • Project Management: Lead the full project lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met on schedule and within budget.
  • Communication: Provide transparent and ongoing updates to stakeholders and vendors to maintain alignment.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate potential risks—including cybersecurity—and implement robust mitigation plans.
  • Quality Assurance: Validate project deliverables through rigorous testing to confirm conformity with defined requirements.
  • Budget Oversight: Track and control project finances to ensure adherence to budgetary targets.
  • Performance Tracking: Define and monitor OKRs and KPIs to evaluate project outcomes and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis and project management, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder and vendor coordination
  • Proven track record in defining requirements and delivering IT hardware and software implementation projects
  • Solid knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies, particularly Scrum and agile techniques
  • Proficient in managing Active Directory (AD) services—including defining access rights and optimizing onboarding workflows
  • Familiar with security protocols, AD access management, and cybersecurity principles (e.g. data protection, threat mitigation)
  • Experience in clinical IT environments, including understanding Health Information Bill (HIB) requirements for systems, data, policy, and team engagement
  • Operational familiarity with standard Clinical Management Systems (CMS)
  • Demonstrated hands‑on experience with clinical IT and CMS deployments
