Atelier Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive and driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, communicating with people, and ensuring things get done the right way. No prior experience is required – we provide training and guidance. If you're someone with a pleasant personality, can speak Mandarin, and don't mind being on the go, this could be the perfect opportunity to grow your career in construction management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Visit project sites to ensure quality, safety, and timely execution of renovation and construction work

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations

• Manage on-site workers and teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to schedule

• Liaise with vendors for materials, deliveries, and installation timelines

• Provide regular updates to management and clients on project progress

• Solve problems and make decisions on the ground when issues arise

What We’re Looking For:

• No experience needed – we welcome fresh starters who are eager to learn

• Pleasant disposition and strong communication skills

• Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients or workers)

• Independent and reliable, with a positive working attitude

• Own transport is a bonus, as travelling to sites is required

• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
