Job description

• Overall, in charge of the operations of projects undertaken by the Company.
• Build and maintain an effective operations team.
• Able to handle all trades of works on-site (ie structural works, architectural works, building works, M&E works, interior fitting-out works).
• Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans, designs, and technical specifications
• Monitor and regulate the schedule and quality performance of all subcontractors.
• Collaborate with consultants on design analysis, approvals, and addressing technical issues.
• Conduct regular site progress meetings with clients and consultants, and supervise work progress.
• Ensure the project is completed within the specified time, budget, and quality standards.
• Review and provide project-related correspondence including progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
• Manage defects’ rectification and improvement works of completed projects.
• Implement various quality, safety and environmental management systems.
