PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description & Requirements

Planning, coordinating and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout.

Establishing project objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Developing and managing project schedules, budgets and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Liaising with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to monitor construction progress, resolve issues and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Managing procurement processes, including bid evaluations, contract negotiations and vendor selection.

Overseeing project budgeting and cost control and managing change orders to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Conducting regular site inspections to assess project progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Maintaining effective communication with project team members and stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns and foster strong working relationships.

Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical issues (including structure, architecture, M&E, landscape and interior, etc) of projects.

Responsible for submission of samples, shop drawings and other related documents to the consultants or authorities.

Coordinating and monitoring work progress at site to ensure works progress to meet master programme.

Overall responsible for the effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects undertaken by the Company within schedule, cost and quality.

Liaising closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; setting guidelines and providing expertise and supervision to the team.

Properly trained in QEHS Policy, Objectives, impact/risk assessment, relevant safe work procedure/ operational control procedure, management Programmed, applicable legal and other requirements.

Ensuring all submissions and applications to the relevant authorities to facilitate RI, TOP and CSC clearance, combining all necessary documents for handover.
