• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and team members to keep everyone in sync (and on schedule)
• Help us streamline, optimize, and level up our processes

• 2+ years managing projects, ideally in e-commerce, CPG, or a fast-paced startup
• Master of organization - Google Sheets, Slides, Notion, and Canva
• Clear communicator who can work async, across time zones, and with all kinds of humans
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and unflappable under pressure
