Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Managing project schedules, costs, and risks for India and regional expansion.
2. Establishing effective communication with key partners like Global Facilities and Construction Management, Site Construction team, Central Teams, and the PMO team.
3. Highlighting opportunities for alignment with partners and focusing on deliverables for the internal team.
4. Establishing oversight of business processes and standards throughout project delivery.
5. Serving as the knowledge source for the full life cycle of construction project delivery and risk management.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. An Engineering degree or equivalent experience in Construction, Building, Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture related field.
2. Minimum of 12 years of working experience with 8 years in base build and progressive build experience in greenfield and brownfield settings.
3. Expertise in Off-site manufacturing (OSM).
4. Professional certifications in construction management (e.g., CMP, FMDP).
5. Experience as a construction project manager in EPCM projects.
6. Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly.
7. Experience in cost and schedule management.
