This is a full-time permanent position based in our Singapore Office.

The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a motivated and ambitious Project Manager that is looking to take the next step in their career. Reporting to the Head of Project Management (Subsea Services), this role will lead and deliver complex subsea projects with a key focus on safety, time and budget. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in subsea construction project execution, stakeholder management, and driving performance across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across planning, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases across a range of coastal, offshore, and subsea engineering (SURF), installation, inspection, maintenance, repair, stabilisation and operation scopes, in the oil and gas and renewables sectors in Australia, NZ, SE Asia, the Middle East and across the globe.
  • Accountable for definition of project scope, deliverables, schedule, and budget and the monitoring of their performance against KPIs.
  • Be a leader for safety and ensure compliance with HSE standards and project governance frameworks.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify, manage and mitigate risk and opportunity using appropriate management tools.
  • Oversee project documentation, reporting, and quality control.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Support the commercial function in new business acquisition through both business development and tendering.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or related field) or equivalent.

Essential Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in subsea construction or offshore project management, including at least 3 years in a project management role.
  • Strong understanding of marine operations, vessel spreads, and subsea installation techniques.
  • A team-oriented, hard-working, enthusiastic mindset.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role / project environment
  • Demonstrable analytical capabilities
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills
