• Oversee day-to-day planning and management of facilities operations.
• Provide project management and feasibility study services.
• Prepare and issue programmes with estimated completion times.

Job description

1. Station on-site to oversee day-to-day planning, management and operations of facilities management works and services.
2. Provide project management and feasibility studies services.
3. Prepare and issue programmes with estimated time for completion of each task for approval by the authorities.
4. Manage and provide supervision to ensure tasks are completed within the stipulated time.
5. Submit overall project management reports.
6. Provide work proposals, preliminary services, design management services, contract documentation services, contract management services, and post construction management services.
7. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
