PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

1. Develop project scopes and objectives.
2. Work with site management teams for project executions.
3. Manage internal resources and third parties/vendors/subcons for project executions.
4. Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
5. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
6. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
7. Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders.
8. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
9. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
10. Liaise with clients on Variation Orders during project execution.

Requirements

1. Education background in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
2. At least 5 years’ relevant experience in project management of site projects for automation or industrial equipment.
3. Regional travels.
4. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
