Job summary

Cheng Yi seeks a capable project manager to oversee building construction projects focusing on structural reinforced concrete trades, plan activities, and coordinate with the Main Contractor to ensure construction progress according to the schedule.

This role leads a team of project staff, requires strong leadership and communication skills, and involves MS Office and MS Project proficiency to manage documentation and timelines on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in structural reinforced concrete trade.
• Oversee the entire process and be knowledgeable in project management on construction sites.
• Carry out project planning.
• Provide direction in construction planning and coordinate works with Main Contractor to ensure progress.
• Ensure quality of works and compliance with safety & environmental regulations.
• Ensure project activities comply with ISO system.

To be able to manage and execute the company projects in building construction which covers:

• Experience in Structural Reinforced Concrete Trade
• Ability to oversee the entire process and knowledgeable in project management on construction site relating to all operational and administration procedures
• Carry out project planning
• Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with Main Contractor to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
• Ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO system
• Lead a team of project staff
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of work

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Motivated personality with good communicative and interpersonal skills
• Manager role for industrial and/or large-scale developments.
