CHENG YI PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced construction project supervisor to manage building projects in Singapore, overseeing reinforced concrete trades, coordinating with the main contractor, and ensuring progress aligns with the schedule while maintaining quality, safety, and ISO compliance.

You will lead a team of project staff, plan construction activities, and ensure timely, smooth progress. Strong leadership and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project are required.

To be able to manage and execute the company projects in building construction which covers:

• Experience in Structural Reinforced Concrete Trade
• Ability to oversee the entire process and knowledgeable in project management on construction site relating to all operational and administration procedures
• Carry out project planning
• Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with Main Contractor to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
• Ensure project activities complied with the Company's ISO system
• Lead a team of project staff
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of work
