Responsible for effective implementation and successful completion of building projects undertaken by the company within schedule, cost and quality.
Liaise closely with main contractor and sub-contractors; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team. Manage each phase of the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost effectiveness. Manage, monitor, and regulate the schedule and quality of performance of sub-contractors.
In charge of all construction matters, integration of programs, scheduling and planning of manpower, materials, and sequence of works.
Prepare documents for government submission.

Requirements and Skills:
Diploma or above in Civil/Construction Engineering or any other equivalent certification, or minimum 20 years relevant experience in managing a wide range of projects.
Available to work on weekends when required on-site.
Well-versed in contractual terms, conditions, and obligations.
In-depth understanding of RC structure work, architecture work, and precast component fabrication.
Well-known in construction procedures and material and project management principles.
Strong construction background to discuss and advise on technical matters with main and sub-contractors.
Excellent communication skills and highly organized, driven, and conscientious.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate and engage with Mandarin-speaking customers.
