Job description

Position Overview: This position is overall responsible for the strategic oversight and operational management together with the company top management team, ensuring the efficient execution of projects, cost management, and sustainable growth within the industry needed. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of driving performance, fostering a culture of excellence, and providing innovative solutions that align with the company’s long-term objectives.

RESPONSIBLE:

Leadership & Strategic Direction

  1. Develop and implement robust business strategies that are closely aligned with the company’s long-term vision, fostering growth and sustainability within the industry needed.
  2. Provide inspirational leadership, guiding and motivating cross-functional teams to exceed performance expectations while maintaining a focus on operational excellence and collaboration.
  3. Establish a clear strategic vision while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across all levels of the organization.

Operation Planning & Development

  1. Analyse current operational processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional department / teams’ member to ensure alignment and successful implementation of efficiency-driven into the business operations.
  3. Define and track the performance metrics indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the overall project operational changes and ensure continuous improvement.

Project Management & Execution Costing Control

  1. Lead and manage high-priority teams from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and project scope.
  2. Collaborate with project teams, internal staff, and external partners to ensure alignment and the timely, efficient completion of delegated tasks.
  3. Proactively monitor project performance, identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery on time.
  4. Consistently monitor the budget and strategically plan for the project, optimizing resource allocation, establishing well-defined project milestones, and ensuring the effective execution of strategic initiatives to minimize the potential for substantial budget overruns.
  5. Conduct regular post-project progress meetings to facilitate smooth transitions, ensure thorough evaluations, and foster continuous improvement, addressing any challenges encountered during previous projects.

Operations Oversight & Process Optimization

  1. Direct the day-to-day Project and Logistics operations for the company, ensuring that all departments operate efficiently and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
  2. Implement and maintain logistics systems to manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and handle replenishment, track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure accurate documentation for reliable data tracking and reporting.
  3. Continuously evaluate and refine logistics systems operational processes to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

Job Requirement:

  1. Candidate must have minimum Diploma or other relevant qualifications.
  2. Minimum 5-7 years of project management and operations experience.
  3. Excellent leadership, communication, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Solid understanding of operational systems, workflows, and best practices.
  5. Sound knowledge of Project Management procedures.
  6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
