Founded in 2015, Woopa Travels is a new generation travel agency and destination management company. We re-invent the travel experience and combine adventure with professional storytelling to create quality experiences for every traveller. The company manages the following leading tour operator brands: Monster Day Tours, Lion Heartlanders, and UBE—each specializing in innovative tour concepts that connect culture, history, and community in meaningful ways.

We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to lead and oversee our contractual projects under the Lion Heartlanders brand, focusing on impactful public outreach and engagement initiatives. Lion Heartlanders is a tour operator, and National Education solutions provider. We conduct tours and educational programmes focusing on Singapore’s heritage and culture. We create tour programs that focuses on The Singapore Story. Transform traditional tours into interactive activities that encourages active learning and ensure that our programs are deeply researched for factual content.

In this role, you will be working closely with stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of tour programmes, while actively driving client engagement and achieving revenue targets. You will also take the lead in developing attractive, high-quality experiences that meet project objectives and pursue new project opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the company’s contractual projects, including public outreach programs, educational tours, and engagement initiatives, with government agencies, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee project sales, including managing inquiries, bookings, rescheduling and cancellations to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Development and implement new tour products, educational programmes, and engagement initiatives that align with the project objectives, ensuring they are attractive and impactful.
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities by building strong stakeholder relationships, understanding emerging needs, and proposing tailored solutions to expand the company’s project portfolio.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet contractual obligations, including preparing and maintaining necessary administrative documentation and records.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach and promotional efforts to drive programme participation.
  • Monitor and manage feedback collection processes, ensuring high response rates and accurate data collation for comprehensive post-project reporting
  • Prepare and submit regular updates, including monthly and quarterly reports for the management team and project stakeholders.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the success of the projects

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Presentable and able to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office, CRM, and project management tools.
  • Self-motivated, personable and able to work well in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in managing contractual projects, particularly with government agencies or corporate partners is an advantage.
