Job Scope:
Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation.
Study tender/construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements.
Plan and deploy resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment, and material.
Prepare progress reports, Method Statements, and technical submissions.
Prepare daily and monthly progress reports, perform and maintain inspection records.
Be a team player with a positive attitude as well as the ability to work independently.
Possess excellent presentation skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate a proven ability to lead and work under pressure.
Requirement:
Experience with A&A projects or Building Contractors.
At least a Degree Holder in Civil Engineering/Construction Management.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
