1. Oversees project execution, monitors site progress, and ensures on-time completion of the project.
2. Liaises closely with main contractors, architects, consultants, and authorities.
3. Liaises with consultants for technical issues and coordinates with main contractors on site activities.
4. Supervises and coordinates with site staff.
5. Ensures all works and site staff adhere to all safety regulations.
6. Oversees planning, analysis, and recommendations in support of project construction planning, implementation, and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work programme.

Job Requirement

1. Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
2. Familiar with the project cycle.
3. Able to work independently and under pressure.
4. Good leadership skills in managing project teams.
5. Excellent knowledge, sense, and skills in overall project management.
6. Strong communication skills.
