️ Project Support / Manager

Turning designs into reality, one site at a time.

What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a meticulous, proactive team player who can own the site like a boss. From technical preparation to final handover, you’ll be the key link between design concepts and on-site execution.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing quotes, ballpark budgets, and timelines — organized is your middle name.
• Advising Sales and Clients on technical matters and identifying potential issues early.
• Supporting the Sales Team with drawings, finishes, wallpapers, and paint selections.
• Confirming site measurements with carpenters and Sales to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinating manpower and site progress to stay on schedule.
• Solving on-site issues, performing quality checks, clearing defects, and supporting during handovers.
• Assisting with installation and unboxing when needed, demonstrating team spirit.
• Providing timely progress updates to the Project Director.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in interior project management or relevant design certification.
• Strong skills in site coordination, managing timelines, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Sharp eye for detail, clear communication, and excellent time management.
• Team-oriented, self-driven, and able to remain calm under pressure.
