Accountabilities:

1. Responsible for the start-to-finish delivery of projects
2. Responsible for delivery of projects of a high quality, within budget and according to agreed schedule and users requirements
3. Actively plan and manage project scope, schedules and resources on the project
4. Monitor resource utilization to facilitate planning & scheduling of resources
5. Lead diverse teams of stakeholders (internal and external)
6. Identify, assess and manage the risks of the project and take appropriate mitigation actions
7. Manage project scope creep and mitigate it when it occurs, manage changes in users requirements according to Change Control processes, schedule slippage, technical problems and shortages of resources
8. Ensure timely submission of reports for projects
9. Work closely with clients to ensure timely closure of contractual milestone for billing
