Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee automation and log management projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation of technical solutions, coordinating with diverse teams across multiple locations, and driving innovation through automation.

Responsibilities:

1. Project & Technical Leadership
   - Gather and clarify business requirements for automation and log management projects
   - Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery
   - Coordinate between offshore and internal development teams (based in Singapore, Vietnam, India) and stakeholders from TCZ (Singapore) and TCI (Japan HQ)
   - Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure deliverables meet requirements
   - Lead technical documentation efforts and maintain knowledge base
   - Arrange and conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) demonstrations
   - Address technical queries related to implementations and documentation
2. Technical Implementation & Oversight
   - Oversee SaaS integration projects with Sumologic
   - Manage M365 migration projects using Azure Portal
   - Lead automation initiatives using:
   ○ CoPilot Studio and Workato Genie for agent development
   ○ Terra-form scripts for Azure Entra ID automation
   ○ Power Platform suite (Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.)
   ○ GitHub Actions for workflow automation
   - Implement and maintain logging standards and best practices
   - Drive continuous improvement in system integration processes
   - Monitor project deliverables and system performance
   - Verify technical implementation quality and accuracy

Technical Requirements:

1. Core Technical Skills:
2. Hands-on experience with AWS Console, Azure Portal, particularly for M365 administration, Organisation Unit, and Subscription Management.
3. Strong understanding of log management systems, particularly Sumologic.
4. Experience with automation platforms:

• CoPilot Studio and Workato Genie for agent development
• Terra-form for Azure Entra ID automation
• Power Platform suite (including Dataverse)
• GitHub Actions
