Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Business Department with project cost budgeting, project negotiations, and bid preparation.

2. Lead preliminary project planning, including implementation planning and identification/prevention of project risks.

3. Define and plan project management objectives, and monitor targets at each phase to ensure goals are met.

4. Oversee the project quality plan, construction management plan, and engineering design changes.

5. Optimize and dynamically manage project resources—personnel, materials, equipment, funds, technology, information—within the project team.

6. Supervise project quality, progress, safety, document inspections, change orders, additions, and follow-up on payment requests.

7. Manage subcontractors and handle final account settlements with subcontracting units.

8. Organize project meetings and routine communications, coordinate all parties, and ensure smooth construction progress.

Qualifications:

1. Full-time diploma or higher in Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.

2. Proficient with CAD software; solid grasp of electrical automation fundamentals; familiar with PLC, network, and SCADA architectures.

3. Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal communication skills; responsible and proactive.

4. Minimum of 5 years’ industry experience.

5. PMP certification or Low-Voltage Electrician’s License preferred.
