Job description

Job Description:

  1. To manage a team of supervisors, workers, sub-contractors and vendors to execute works within given timeframe.
  2. To resolve site issues with supervisors, sub-contractors, vendors, main contractors and/or related third parties.
  3. To co-ordinate site works, workflows and inspections with main contractors’ site representatives including attending site co-ordination meetings.
  4. To plan, implement and monitor weekly works activities with a team of supervisors in accordance to the master schedule.
  5. To monitor work progresses, productivities, qualities and materials usages and ensure those items meet the targeted schedule, productivities, qualities and within quantities.
  6. To enforce and monitor all supervisors, workers and sub-contractors abide to safety, health and environment rules and regulations.
  7. To prepare shop drawings, ‘AS-Built” drawings and Materials Bill of Quantities required for the project.
  8. To keep track, monitor and ensure timely submission of all shop drawings, materials and “AS-BUILT” drawings.
  9. To co-ordinate with main contractors and third parties on Combined Services Drawing (CSD) and resolve any clashes prior to construction.
  10. To attend all Tools Box meetings and all safety meetings.
  11. To implement Testing & Commissioning plan.

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma / ITC certificate in Electrical Engineering with 3 years experiences. Those with more years of experiences will be considered for senior position.
  2. Building Construction Safety Supervisor course and any other WSH related certificates.
  3. Candidates with some MEP design experiences will be an added advantages.
  4. Must be a team player, perseverance, diligent, integrity and initiatives.
