Job description

1. Responsibilities:

• Manage, review, and prioritize project work to be completed within the scheduled time and budget.
• Monitor progress to meet key interim dates.
• Ensure deliverables meet the agreed quality standards.
• Coordinate work carried out by each team within the project team and other SWC.
• Work with the project team to resolve issues within the project team and other SWC.
• Conduct risk management analysis.
• Manage customer relationships.
• Power flow management.
• Assess system impact.
• Determine cable ampacity.

2. Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of initiative and a proactive approach to project management.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of the practical application of electrical engineering principles and technology, including system design, principles, techniques, and procedures.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in producing technical plans, drawings, and models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a project manager in the cabling industry is preferred.
• Experience working with SP Group is an advantage.
