1. Responsibilities:
- Manage, review, and prioritize project work to be completed within the scheduled time and budget.
- Monitor progress to meet key interim dates.
- Ensure deliverables meet the agreed quality standards.
- Coordinate work carried out by each team within the project team and other SWC.
- Work with the project team to resolve issues within the project team and other SWC.
- Conduct risk management analysis.
- Manage customer relationships.
- Power flow management.
- Assess system impact.
- Determine cable ampacity.
2. Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of initiative and a proactive approach to project management.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the practical application of electrical engineering principles and technology, including system design, principles, techniques, and procedures.
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in producing technical plans, drawings, and models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a project manager in the cabling industry is preferred.
- Experience working with SP Group is an advantage.
