Job summary

WINNER ENGINEERING PTE LTD, located in Singapore, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead ACMV/HVAC projects, ensuring contract obligations and on-site execution.

You will manage project cost, schedules, procurement, and safety, coordinating with engineers and stakeholders to deliver testing, commissioning, and effective communication. The role includes BIM training and potential Data Center projects for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong management, communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, independence, commitment, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience in BIM and Data Center is preferred. Candidates will be supported to learn BIM skills/qualifications.

• Oversee project cost management and ensure timely reporting and communication with clients, stakeholders, and workforce.
