A leading healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead innovation projects and manage a new Psychiatric Rehabilitation Home. This role involves overseeing project delivery, ensuring high-quality resident care, and engaging with the community. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and leadership skills, with at least three years of managerial experience.
Key Responsibilities
We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to:
Lead innovation and technology projects that drive productivity and residents care improvement through the adoption of innovations. You'll oversee projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
Responsible in undertaking the key role of innovation and any other projects. He/she is the driver for development and implementation of innovation and any other projects in Vanguard Healthcare.
Tracking of activities, project timelines, budget utilisation and measurable performance indicators and targets.
Organise discussions, feedback sessions with stakeholders when necessary
Responsible in discussion and facilitate feasibility studies on potential innovation projects
All administrative, financial and logistics support
Provide innovation-related grant management/admin support from pre-award to grant closeout
Post-award activities: set up finance accounts, assist to negotiate collaboration agreements, project specific logistical coordination and purchases, track grant budget utilisation, claims submission to funding agencies and KPI tracking
Participate in sourcing of new vendors and devices/solutions for poc trial

Setting up of new businesses and projects
Manage our new Psychiatric Rehabilitation Home, ensuring high-quality care for individuals with mental health needs. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for setting up the home, oversee daily operations, develop activity plans, and lead a team of dedicated professionals.
Operations Management: Setting up the PRH, manage daily activities, supervise staff, and develop activity plans
Resident Care: Oversee admissions and discharge processes, handle resident concerns, and monitor progress
Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, analyse performance indicator
Community Outreach: Develop programs to engage with the community
Care Integration: Collaborate with healthcare providers and stakeholders to ensure seamless care transitions
Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, propose enhancements, and implement new care models
Requirements:
Experience: At least 3 years experience in a managerial role
Skill: Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills
